Upservice is a software-as-a-service platform for business teams, including tools for help desk, task management, project management, customer requests, internal workflows, team collaboration and related business operations.
The Service is primarily intended for professional and business use.

Upservice is provided by a company registered in Poland. These legal terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.

If you use Upservice from outside Poland, including the Philippines, India, Saudi Arabia, South Africa or the United Arab Emirates, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with local laws applicable to your organisation, users, customers, employees and data.

By accessing this website, creating an account or using Upservice, you agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use Upservice to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• upload, store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
• send spam, phishing messages or malicious communications;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
• interfere with the security, availability or performance of the Service;
• process data that you are not legally allowed to process.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account, workspace and authorised users.

You grant us the limited right to process such content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service, comply with law and enforce these terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required rights, notices, consents and legal bases to process any data through Upservice.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where Upservice processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that its use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable and relevant local privacy laws in the countries where the customer operates.

Paid plans, billing periods, available features and subscription terms are described on the pricing page, checkout page, invoice, order form or separate agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

We may suspend or restrict paid features if payment is not received on time.

Please include your name, company name if applicable, account email, a clear description of the issue and any relevant supporting information.

If you believe that content hosted through Upservice is unlawful, please contact us with enough information to identify the content and explain why it is unlawful.

The Upservice website, software, interface, design, trademarks, logos, documentation and related materials belong to PRIME NETTO Sp. z o.o. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or use protected parts of the Service except as allowed by law or by written permission.

Upservice may integrate with third-party services, platforms, payment providers, messengers, email providers or analytics tools.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services unless required by applicable law.

We aim to provide a stable and reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or Service where necessary for technical, legal, security or business reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIME NETTO Sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, third-party services, unauthorised use caused by insecure credentials or use of the Service contrary to these terms.
Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
